What we ask you for, what we keep, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to delete.
Last updated: August 2026
1.What this page covers
This says what the website and the clinic's app do with information about you: what we ask for, what we keep, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to change or delete.
It covers this website and the patient app. Your clinical record at the clinic is a separate thing, kept the way UAE health rules require — this page tells you where the two meet.
2.What you give us
To reserve a day online you give us your name and a phone number. An account holds an email address too, if you add one. When you reserve, we record the days you chose, the treatment you asked for, and that the deposit was paid.
If you are already a patient here, your clinic chart also holds what the front desk has entered over the years — date of birth, gender, nationality, city, address, and the medical background the clinic needs before it treats anyone: allergies, conditions, medications. That is clinical record-keeping done by staff at the clinic, not something this website asks you for.
3.Your card details never reach us
Deposits and payments are taken on the payment provider's own secure page (Network International — N-Genius). Your card number is typed there, on their system.
This website never sees it and never stores it. We are told only that a payment succeeded, how much it was, and which reservation it belongs to.
4.What the site records on its own
When you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in. It is not used to follow you around other websites.
Our server, and the network in front of it, keep short technical logs — which page was asked for, when, from which address, in which browser. That is the ordinary record every web server keeps; it is used to keep the site working and to stop abuse.
There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
5.Talking to our assistant
You can ask us things on the website, in the app, or on WhatsApp. What you write, the voice notes you send and the photos you send are stored — so the conversation still makes sense on your next message, and so the clinic's team can read it and step in when they should.
Photos and voice notes are kept in private storage, not in a public folder. They have no web address anyone could open; only signed-in staff reach them, through the clinic's dashboard.
To write a reply, your message and the relevant part of the clinic's own information are sent to the providers that generate it — Google for the answer, OpenAI for turning a voice note into text. Your conversations are not used to train anyone's model.
Please do not send your ID, passport or card details in a chat. If a document is needed, the front desk will tell you how to hand it over.
6.WhatsApp
If you message the clinic on WhatsApp, WhatsApp itself (Meta) carries and stores those messages under its own terms, as it does for every chat on the app.
On our side, your messages with the clinic's number appear in the clinic's dashboard next to the rest of your conversation, so whoever answers can see what you have already asked.
When the clinic connected its number to this system, WhatsApp offered it a copy of the conversations that were already on the clinic's own phone. Those older messages sit in the same dashboard. They were already messages between you and the clinic — nothing new was collected from you.
7.Your clinical record is staff-only
Notes a doctor writes, files uploaded to your chart, your address and your medical background are visible to clinic staff only.
They are not shown in your online account, they are never sent to the assistant, and the assistant cannot read them.
What your account shows you is your own: your appointments, your reservation and what you have paid, the price list that applies to you, and when your next cleaning is due.
8.Who else handles your information
Only these, and only for the job named:
Network International (N-Genius) — takes the card payment.
Google — the calendar the clinic's diary is written into, and the model that writes the assistant's replies.
OpenAI — turns voice notes into text.
Meta (WhatsApp) — carries WhatsApp messages.
Cloudflare and our hosting provider — serve the website and run the database.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
9.Notifications
If you allow notifications in the app or in your browser, we store a token that identifies that device, so we can send you reminders about your appointment and your cleaning.
The token says nothing about you until we send a message through it. Turning notifications off in your device's settings ends it.
10.How long we keep things
Your account, your bookings and your payment history stay while you are a patient of the clinic, and after that for as long as UAE record-keeping rules require.
Assistant conversations are kept while they are still useful — to answering you, and to your care — and are cleared on a schedule the clinic sets. Ask us to delete a conversation and we will.
11.How it is protected
Your password is stored as a one-way hash. Nobody at the clinic can read it, and we will never ask you for it — anyone who does is not us.
Staff access is by role: reception, clinical staff and administrators each reach only what their work needs. The dashboard records who changed what.
The assistant can never see, send or reset a password.
12.What you can ask us for
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete your online account, or ask us to stop messaging you.
Email us, or message the clinic on WhatsApp from the number we know you by. We may ask you to confirm who you are first — that protects you, not us.
Deleting your online account does not delete your clinical record, which the clinic is required to keep.
13.Children
Booking online is for adults. Treatment for a child is arranged with a parent or guardian, at the clinic.
14.When this page changes
We may update this page. When we do, the date at the top changes with it.
This page is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
If anything here worries you, ask us before you book — we would far rather explain it than have you guess.
